End-to-End OEE Data Pipeline for Manufacturing

Challenge:
The client was already using ICONICS for operational data monitoring, but their OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) insights were limited. Data was siloed within ICONICS, making it hard to combine with other sources, analyze trends, and generate real-time reports for management. 

Our Solution:
We designed and implemented a complete data integration and analytics pipeline to transform their OEE data into actionable intelligence:

1. Data Extraction – Pulled operational data directly from the existing ICONICS system into SQL Server. 
2. Data Warehousing – Built a SQL Server Data Warehouse to centralize, store, and structure OEE and related manufacturing data. 
3. Data Modeling & Optimization – Applied best practices for performance tuning, indexing, and schema optimization to ensure fast query performance. 
4. Business Intelligence Layer – Connected the warehouse to Power BI, creating interactive, real-time OEE dashboards for operations and management teams.
