Challenge:
The client needed a modern, scalable reporting solution for their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data. Their existing reporting process was slow, involved manual data pulls, and couldn’t provide a consolidated view of billing, claims, denials, and collections. They wanted faster insights, a centralized data repository, and self-service analytics for decision-makers — all while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Our Solution:
We designed and deployed a cloud-based RCM analytics platform leveraging Microsoft Azure:

1. Data Ingestion – Used Azure Data Factory (ADF) to extract data from multiple healthcare systems (EHR, billing, and claims platforms). 
2. Data Storage & Modeling – Centralized and structured the data in Azure Synapse Analytics for high-performance querying. 
3. Analytics & Visualization – Built interactive Power BI dashboards to provide executives and finance teams with real-time RCM insights. 
4. Security & Compliance – Implemented Azure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), encryption at rest/in transit, and governance policies to meet HIPAA requirements.
