Integrate Yardi property data with Azure cloud services

Client: Real Estate firm

Challenge:
Property Investors struggled with fragmented data across various property management systems, primarily Yardi, making it hard to get a holistic view of portfolio performance. The absence of consolidated same-store sales and occupancy data delayed key investment decisions and obscured underperforming assets. 

Our Solution:
We implemented a scalable data integration solution using Azure Data Factory to extract, transform, and load property and financial data from Yardi into a centralized Azure SQL Server database. This enabled seamless aggregation of property management and sales data. Using Power BI, we developed customized dashboards highlighting same-store sales performance, occupancy trends, and maintenance costs, providing actionable insights to the investment and property management teams.
